I'd been toying with the idea of a Magistrate/Shugenja mixed deck for a while. I think with this card, I will have to build it and see what it can do.

It's probably good, but there's something about it I'm not quite liking. I'm not sure if it's the having to bow your personality, the fact that it's a limited action, or that the target has to be dishonored already.

Gold cost and Focus value are pretty nice though.

limited bow is always good,but it takes alittle more work since the person has to be dishonoured,and I'd stick to Paper to Steel since it can transfer after your shuggie bows for its action,for +2F on someone else:P

Unfortunately, you're also bowing your own shugenja. Bow tech usually is better if it's an Open so you can use it on offense and defense.
